Aligned Construction Ltd. is a full service Construction Management and General Contracting firm in Toronto, – specializing in Residential and Commercial Projects. As a Gold Seal Certified company, we follow a strict code of ethics governed by the Canadian Construction Association.

Our business model is based on taking on a smaller number of projects per year, which allows us to be fully integrated and involved each step of the way. We are able to customize each project, and be fully communicative with the owner during each phase – which in turn creates a positive work environment and an excellent working relationship between Client, Builder and Consultant.

About the Owner: Vivake

Being around Building and Construction is something Vivake is no stranger to. 13 Years after working in the fast past commercial world – he has launched Aligned Construction Ltd.

“My father… an Engineer by profession also has a passion for building. Growing up, he was always building, always working on a new project. His meticulous manner, and attention to detail, has created the person I am today.”

Vivake started his career in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional world of building. As a young field engineer, Vivake moved up the ranks with EllisDon Construction - the 2nd largest General Contractor in Canada. Through various positions as Assistant Superintendent through to Superintendent he worked on large scale and complex projects, from Bridges, Hospitals, Commercial Spaces, Offices, Prisons, and finer work such as Art Installations, Sculptures and Research Facilities.

Each of these experiences allowed him to understand, and manage all of the moving parts that exist during a complex project. Having an eye for detail, and the ability to problem solve in difficult situations has brought Vivake to where he his today.

As the owner of Aligned Construction Ltd. Vivake continues to over see and visit each of his projects daily, to ensure the highest commitment to quality, and care is being taken at every level. The Aligned Construction Ltd. approach is based on providing superior quality – with exceptional workmanship and making sure each and every owner / client is completely satisfied.
